These terms cover the Perske Kits pages on perskesproductions.com and the digital products sold as Perske Kits. Perske Kits is part of Perske's Productions, run by Jordan Perske ("we" and "us"). By buying or downloading a kit, you agree to these terms.
What your purchase includes
When you buy a kit, you get a license to use its files in your own organization. You can edit, print and copy them as much as you need inside your program, including sharing them with your own staff.
What you can't do
- Resell, share, give away or publicly post the files, whether you've edited them or not.
- Package the templates into a product or service you sell to others.
- Remove notices showing that the files come from Perske Kits.
Consultants or trainers who want to use a kit with several clients: email us and we'll set up a license that fits.
Guidance, not legal advice
Kits are organizing and guidance tools. They are not legal, tax or compliance advice, and they don't replace the official rules. Perske Kits is not affiliated with or endorsed by Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) or any funder. Rules change, so always confirm against the current Minimum Standards and other official sources.
You're responsible for how you run your program. Buying a kit doesn't guarantee an inspection result, a grant award or any other outcome.
Data products
The Texas New Child Care Licenses list is compiled from public HHSC Child Care Regulation records and provided as-is. Use it only for business-to-business outreach, and follow CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and any other laws that apply to how you contact people. Don't use it to harass anyone, and don't resell or republish the data.
Payments, delivery and services
Checkout and file delivery are handled by Gumroad, and Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase. Services ordered through Fiverr are covered by Fiverr's terms.

No warranty
The files are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and useful, but we can't promise they're error-free or right for every situation.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as fines, citations, lost funding or lost business.
Governing law
Perske's Productions is based in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
