Digital products; contact us within 14 days if something's wrong and we'll make it right.
How it works
- email us within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and tell us what's wrong.
- If a file is broken, missing or has an error, we'll send a corrected version.
- If we can't fix it, or the kit isn't what the product page described, we'll refund you through Gumroad.
Good to know
- Free products don't need a refund. If something's wrong with one, tell us anyway and we'll fix it.
- Services ordered on Fiverr follow Fiverr's order and resolution process.
- Because kits are instant downloads, we can't take files back once they're delivered. We trust you, and we keep this policy simple because of that.
