About Perske Kits

Perske Kits is made by Jordan Perske, the solo founder of Perske's Productions, an independent studio that builds software, games and music.

Why the kits exist

Small programs carry big responsibilities with tiny teams. A home daycare provider is also the bookkeeper, the cook and the compliance officer. A one-person nonprofit writes grants in between everything else. A missing drill log or a forgotten attachment can cost a citation or a grant.

Perske Kits applies the discipline used to ship software to practical toolkits for those programs. That's what "built like software, tested like a release" means:

• Built from the source. The child care kits are mapped line by line to the HHSC Minimum Standards (Chapters 746 and 747), with the rule number on every line.
• Built for the tools you already have. Excel, Google Sheets, Word and Google Docs. Nothing new to install or learn.
• Built to be kept up. Calendars and trackers do the date math and flag what's overdue, so the work doesn't pile up before an inspection or a deadline.
• Fixed fast. If something's wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
